We arrived in Austin hoping to find sun shine, but instead 2 days of torrential rains...we rented a car and headed into town. Coming off the freeway off ramp we hit an oil slick and slide into and knocked over a stop sign...unbelievably there was not a scratch on the car..we had hit perfectly on the license plate.. there was luck in the air..So we knew it was going to be a good omen for the show..and the next day the sun came out !
